Our name, 1845, honors the year Texas officially became a state—December 29, 1845. It's more than a date to us; it represents our deep-rooted pride in Texas and our commitment to serving every client with the same pioneering spirit that built this state. Every job we take on is approached with purpose, passion, and pride.


We specialize in providing pre-developed homesites across Central Texas, complete with homesite grading, driveways, electric poles, and waterlines prepped for quick and easy connections.
